Well - it looks like they are stalling again on the war
crimes trials. I think all of this is a "fools errand"
to try and acomplish any major change to the
Congo's problems. It's that constant battle
for privilage - all actions directed towards getting
advantage over someone else. sometimes -
sometimes is good do do something that is not
always to your advantage.
